You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Ensure to check the returned items process in the Terms & Conditions.
Please notify our team about missing items within 48 hours of signing for a parcel. Claims for missing items can be denied if Heatso is not notified within 48 hours after signing for a parcel.
All items should be inspected upon delivery. If an item is damaged, please document the damage and contact Heatso at support@heatso.com for further assistance immediately. Please also retain the original packaging as couriers usually want to inspect it.

You can register any number of addresses within Heatso. Please ensure that the shipping details are correct during checkout, as once the package is sent out, we cannot change the destination address.
Orders can be canceled, but shipping fees are not refundable if the order is canceled during shipping.
