This is an internet based control system for Espar / Eberspacher air and water heaters
EasyStart Web Hardware compatible Airtronic S2 D2L and M2 D4L D4R B4L units, Hydronic S3 Economy and Commercial, Hydronic 1 (12V) from 2009, Hydronic 2 Commercial (12V and 24V), Hydronic M II (12V and 24V), Airtronic D2 D4 B4 B5 D5 (12V and 24V) from 2007 and all later generation heaters all future heaters via CAN interface. Signal plus and LIN connection heaters are also compatible.

Returns
You can return or exchange goods within 14 days from the date of purchase if the item is unused and brand new in unopened packaging. You must contact us before returning any goods, though. Additional deductions might be applied as indicated in the Returns section of our Terms and Conditions.

Most heaters come with 2 year warranty + optional 1 year extended Warranty available

Installation, servicing and maintenance must be done in accordance with manufacturers guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in voiding your warranty.
We provide free technical and installation support via email or phone to all of our customers who purchase a heater, heater kit or other products from Heatso. We take pride in our customer service and want to ensure that your heater system is properly installed. As a result, if you have any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you require removing and/or refitting your item, please visit a local professional or authorized specialist, if you can not find one you can contact us and we will try to recommend a local partner to assist with the task. The cost of removing and/or refitting this item is not covered by the warranty.
